I’m running for State Representative because Republican politicians have controlled Concord for over a decade and “downshifted” $4.7 BILLION in costs to towns and cities – raising your property taxes.
In Laconia, the state has not increased its support for public education in 7 years, so our property taxes have increased to make up the difference. Legislators have chosen to use public school dollars to pay for vouchers to wealthy families instead of meeting their constitutional obligation to pay for public schools.
I will listen to you and fight for you – not for parties, corporations, or billionaires.
Lowering your property taxes
The state limits Laconia to raising revenue from property taxes, fees, and fines. We need representatives in Concord who will fight for local control and creative solutions to lower the burden on hard-working families.
Supporting public schools
The NH Constitution requires the state to provide a good education for our children. Our current representatives are spending taxpayer dollars on party ideology. I will focus on the solutions that parents want.
Representing you, not a party
The Founders intended for representatives to listen to their citizens. Politicians in Concord are only listening to party leadership. I will be fully transparent and accountable to you.
